[mx4] Making calls can take very long time to connect

Bug description:
When I make calls it takes anything up to a minute for a connection to be
established. Sometimes it doesn’t at all.
If I stop the call and try again sometimes it works immediately. I do
understand that this may be due to network, but it happens too frequently.
