Title:
  Voicemail messages notification

Status in Canonical System Image:
  Incomplete
Status in ofono:
  New
Status in ofono package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I'm on the BQ device, system version 20 (last available).

Whenever I change net (from 3G to 2G, from 2G to wi-fi, from 3G to wi-
fi, and so on...) a notification appears.

The title (boldface) is "Voicemail" and the content is "1819361974
voicemail messages", the icon is the one of the telephone handset.

  It is indeed pretty annoying.

I'm not sure that "Ofono" is the right package against which fill the
report, but on the IRC chat they suggested me so.
