@Timo, are you calling from a SIM different to the one you are using for data? If you have 2 SIMs inserted and you do that this is expected due to modem limitations. Otherwise you should have data and calls without problem, the tech switch is usually handled transparently by the modem.

Wifi stays on but no packets move. Connectivity is restored as soon as call is ended. Since I'm usually always on 4G/LTE, and I think you can't have a call and 4G data at the same time (unless VoLTE), would it be that we're not correctly switching to 2G/3G data for the duration of the call, to have at least some data connectivity working? I believe that's what other 4G phones do when there's no VoLTE.
