The fellow who's in charge of Debian Boinc (the Berkeley Open
Infrastructure for Network Computing; see http://boinc.berkeley.edu/
Its used for [EMAIL PROTECTED] and other science projects :) packages was kind
enough (see http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=96930) to set up
an Ubuntu repository for Breezy!

deb http://pkg-boinc.alioth.debian.org/ubuntu breezy universe
deb-src http://pkg-boinc.alioth.debian.org/ubuntu breezy universe

Unfortunately, the binaries are only i386 compatable... When I asked
him about AMD64 and PPC binaries, he said: "I can only provide
packages for i386, since I've no access to other architectures. If
someone builds the Ubuntu packages for non i386 arches I'll happily
upload them to the pkg-boinc repository."

So, my question is, are there two people out there, one with AMD64
Ubuntu Breezy, the other with PPC Ubuntu Breezy, willing to make some
DEBs from source? :) Most people who know what I'm talking about will
know how to do this already, but if you need some pointers, you can
easily modify the WINE instructions (at the end of
http://www.winehq.com/site/download-deb)

The packages that need to be made are boinc-client, boinc-manager and boinc-dev

Thanks in advance! :)
