You may use them in ubuntu useing source debs (it's not recommended to use the binary even if some may work). Be carefull thought, Marillat has a very bad reputation for piggy packages in debian. I didn't ever use any fo marillat packages thought ... so I can't confirm or unconfirm. I tryed to make cinelerra work few months ago (on hoary, breezy wasn't out yet) but couldn't get it to stay stable .. it crashed and crashed. It's not a really easybuild, and i'm sure ubuntu clean packages for that app would be greatly apreciated among the community. I'm not sure but maybe some other reps copied and rebuilded marillat cinelerra debs for ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Ubuntu-PLF_discuss mailing list [email protected] https://www.zarb.org/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-plf_discuss
