Right now it's not possible, although ashley.johnson[0] has started working on it, currently ubuntu touch is based on CyanogenMod 10.1 so any device which works with it can be relative easily ported to ubuntu.[1] I'd suggest to get in touch with ashley and definitely to join the ubuntu-phone [2] mailing list to know more about it.
