It's time for another hackfest! This time around, we're able to expand the hacking to automated (autopkg and autopilot) and manual tests. There's something for everyone to help and contribute. You don't need to know code, or be a programmer to help write tests. All you need is your testing mindset and your keyboard. Of course, if you are a developer there's some great opportunities to contribute autopkg and autopilot tests as well, with folks around ready to help.

So what is this hackfest? "A hackfest is a gathering of interested contributors with the goal of contributing new testcases as well as fixing and enhancing existing testcases." In other words, it's a virtual party on IRC to help write new tests!

The hackfest will occur Tuesday, March 19th, from 1200 UTC to 2300 UTC. To participate, see the pages below and show up on #ubuntu-quality on IRC. We picked a 12 hour window to help accommodate the different timezones and schedules -- pick a good time for you!

Please take a look at the following pages for more information (a special thanks to Javier and others for helping set these up, great job!):

Thanks everyone, and I hope to see you there!
