Ever since I got Ubuntu installed, I have had trouble logging out. At
first, it wouldn't log out unless I hit the log-out button twice.
Now, after I installed Xubuntu (But I don't use it) it acts like it's
going to log out, hiding the desktop items, but it will stay there. The
only way to get back to the login window, is to shut the computer down.
Any suggestions?
Is there a way to log out of my user from the Terminal?

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 32-bit
Intel Atom Processor 1.6 * 2
1GB RAM
150GB HD
