My name is Evan Galbreath. I just joined the Quality Team today. I am excited to expand my knowledge with Ubuntu and Linux in general. I have been a Linux user off and on since about 2004. I have installed and used almost every release of Ubuntu (and several other Ubuntu-based distributions) since I began.
I live in the USA in North Carolina. I am currently a Database Administrator for a large health care organization. I have over 20 years experience as a Software Engineer, System Administrator, and as a DBA but only with Windows desktop/Windows Server/MS SQL organizations. I am self-taught on Linux. I'm not sure exactly what my long-term interests are with the Ubuntu project but i would be willing to work on any area where help is needed. I believe I can provide solid user/application testing and provide positive/constructive feedback to improve Ubuntu. I look forward to working with each of you! Thank you!
