Hello! We have a new snap here ready for testing. quassel is an IRC platform that lets you have a server connected all day, and you can connect to it from a big variety of clients. So you will never miss a ping, and you can check the chats even when you are on the go.
quassel-webserver is a web client developed by Joel Charles (magne4000). He has been awesome, testing early features of snapcraft and providing useful feedback while we worked on packaging his snap. He has just pushed version 2.2.6 to the candidate channel in the store. Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes: $ sudo snap install quassel-webserver --candidate Here is the gist to help you getting started: https://gist.github.com/elopio/e8a5214aa89a320ebd505b5dc184e2df Remember that the testing days are full of testing tips and cool things to try. Anybody out there wanting to test this in an Ubuntu Core QEMU? :D https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/UbuntuTestingDay pura vida. -- ¡paz y baile! http://www.ubuntu.com -- Ubuntu-quality mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-quality
