I installed XUbuntu 17.04 Beta2 using this iso - xubuntu-17.04-beta2- desktop-amd64.iso during the install the welcome screen is as above and in the attached screehshot. I reported the same issue with LUbuntu as bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/lubuntu-artwork/+bug/1677083 but after thinking about it maybe I didn't need to since it's cosmetic.
