Where do a I file a report about a ubuntu update issue. Example: using ubuntu 18.04 LTS just updated like I have for ages to 18.04.3 LTS The update for whatever reason didn't do what it normally does. This time it deleted all the internet interfaces and removed the network module So even if I wanted to re-enter the internet interface info there is no module to use it.
