I'd like to report a bug but this mile long text
<https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs> doesn't seem to
contain any information about where to do that. It just wants to explain
to me how I could do it if I actually found the form to do it, but it
doesn't give me the form. Is this a bug in the bug reporting process
already?
For the issue: I'd like to see the "jq" package updated from 1.5 to 1.6
in the next release because it contains an important improvement: the
strflocaltime function. It's not possible to format local times with the
old version. I need this to make journalctl's output more readable. jq
<https://stedolan.github.io/jq/> version 1.6 was released over a year ago.
