I am not an expert by any means, but if I was you I would submit a new
bug adding it as a 20.10 and then mention the other bug you reported.
The worst case scenario is they may mark it as a duplicate.

Hello,
I am new to bug reporting in Ubuntu, and I am not sure how to proceed.
I tried out the Kubuntu 20.10 beta, and a bug I reported in 20.04 is
still present. Should I report it again against 20.10, or is that
already assumed? It's this one:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdeconnect/+bug/1895469
Thanks,
Frank
