I'm personally fine with all of these, either Friday, or post-Beta,
but not in between those dates.

The Xfce stuff is so that we can enable GTK3 indicators again in Xubuntu
and drop the GTK2 indicator stack from our images.
A huge +1 for switching from gtk2 to gtk3 indicators, if this means
we can drop some code duplication from the archive.
After thinking about it a bit more, I decided that it's too late for the
indicator switch in saucy (too many moving parts, too many issues
remaining). We'll polish this and plan to land in the main archive
when T opens.
