We should also have the upgrade tests bumped from Xenial daily to
Xenial 16.04.1 on the QA Tracker. Kind of a big deal because we'll be
asking people if they want to upgrade from Trusty very soon after
16.04.1 drops.

Also the download links for the iso images are missing a xenial in the
path. I filed a bug report several days ago:
