So, I'm not thrilled about this, but after a bunch of back-and-forth on IRC, I think I'm comfortable with us doing this as a 1-off, while upstream gets their release schedule back in order. If they continue to slip in the future, we'll have to re-evaluate. We do want to be as close to 100% certain as we can be that the deps are finalised by release. If that means throwing very late snapshots at the queue during release week, that's fine as long as they're not being shipped on any media (you can check this with the poorly-named seeded-in-ubuntu tool in ubuntu-dev-scripts). So, a very grumpy +1 from me. Let us try to do this as painlessly as we can manage, and make sure we have a solid OpenStack story for the 20.04.1 point release. ...
