Нашел информацию о том что это с новыми ядрами стало происходить для IDE-дисков, для SCSI проблемы нет, но SCSI-диски сервер не видит, компоненты интеграции как я понял в новых ядрах уже вшиты и дополнительно ничего ставить не надо.
