Bug description:
The Build -> Ubuntu Touch -> Install Application on Device :
1. Should install .click package instead of .deb when the app is pure
QML app
2. The qtc_device_deploy_package should lowercase the folder in case
the application has upper case character in the name
3. The usage of qtc_device_restart_appslense is obsolate
