Bug description:
Open the browser, and enter a url
Rotate the phone to landscape
Rotate back to portrait
Click in the url field, it will not show the OSK
Build 21 from Nov 13 on a Mako.
Reverting the change to OrientationHelper.qml in lp:1239760 alleviates
the symptom. This was the only change seemingly related to orientation
handling that I saw.
