Title: [i18n] Enable UI Toolkit translations in Launchpad Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit: Fix Released Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: From what I could see right now the SDK strings are all marked for translation. To fully enable internationalization and community participation in doing the translations, the next step is to make them translatable in Launchpad. This requires: 1. A po/ folder at the top of the source tree 2. A script/build target to invoke xgettext, which will extract all translatable messages and put them into an ubuntu-ui-toolkit.pot file inside the po/ folder 3. Define the translation domain in the necessary files 4.
