Bug description:
To rework the project template for HTML5 apps, I think we should have:
- the tab navigation as the default interface
- an alternative pagestack example into a index-alternative.html file to
document a working structure as well; then developers are free to cut / paste
what best suits their needs between the two.
The benefit of having that in the same template, is that it should be
kept in sync, whereas tutorial changes may get out of sync.
