Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When building a project in a click chroot, the CMake flags used when
the project was opened in QtCreator are not being passed to
qtc_chroot_cmake script, which results in it using the default
configuration rather than the configuration specified by the
  developer.
