Bug description:
When running the Build/Ubuntu Touch/Create Application Package on a
French Ubuntu desktop, the non ASCII characters aren't well shown in
"General Messages", for example:
dpkg-buildpackage: source changé par
............... <...>
see that instead of "changée" we have "changé"
