Title: [Dash] Touchdown effect kicks in too soon Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit: Incomplete Status in Ubuntu UX bugs: Fix Released Status in “qtdeclarative-opensource-src” package in Ubuntu: New Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: When scrolling the People Scope, the list cells under the finger flash grey as soon as the finger touches the screen. This is distracting, when the user's intention is to scroll instead of tapping. Expected result: Some sort of threshold should be introduced, so that generally tap on cell results in the cell darkening and scrolling does not. That means possibly adding a delay into the effect.
