.ubuntu-sdk-deploy isn't cleaned
Status in qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
.ubuntu-sdk-deploy isn't cleaned before packaging a click package. This
causes old files to be still there if you rename the output files in cmake.
Cleaning the project from QtCreator also doesn't help and I need to manually
remove the contents of this directory when I change somethings in cmake.
