contentWidth).

Not possible to limit the height of an ActionSelectionPopover

Bug description:
Setting the height on an ActionSelectionPopover results in it being
positioned differently and the width being reduced, without the height
changing.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Run the following QML:
import QtQuick 2.0
import Ubuntu.Components 1.1
import Ubuntu.Components.Popups 1.0
import Ubuntu.Components.ListItems 1.0 as ListItems
MainView {
useDeprecatedToolbar: false
Component.onCompleted: {
PopupUtils.open(menuPopover);
}
Component {
id: menuPopover
ActionSelectionPopover {
id: menuList
height: units.gu(10)
actions: ActionList {
Action {
text: "Test 1"
}
Action {
text: "Test 2"
}
Action {
text: "Test 3"
}
Action {

}
Action {
text: "Test 6"
}
}
delegate: ListItems.Standard {

Expected result:
The popup should have a height of 10gu (and should scroll content,
see bug #1418981)
Actual result:
The popup retains the same height but the width and positioning is
altered.
