Connectivity module on the vivid desktop is missing

Bug description:
Previously, I could use the Connectivity module on the Utopic desktop
without any problems. However, I cannot find it any more after I have
upgraded to 15.04. Meanwhile, I cannot find any API doc for the
Connectivity API, which was there long time ago.
