Title: Show handles when selecting text and a touchscreen is present Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: When selecting text, if the device has a touchscreen the handles should always be shown (Irrespective of the input method used to select the text e.g. they should be shown even if the text is selected using the keyboard.
