Title:
  add sync option to AdaptivePageLayout

Status in Canonical System Image:
  Fix Released
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu RTM:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
currently there is no way to load a page syncronously when using
AdaptivePageLayout. This option should be made available in the api
  for the following reasons:

  1) there is a performance issue with async loading of pages (see bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/+bug/1510201)
  2) developers might have a preference for whatever reason to do the load
synchronously
