Bug description:
This feels pretty minor in the scheme of things but on avila.
TEST CASE
1. Unlock device, device greeter appears
2. Tap on Password entry
3. Long-press on cursor in Password entry
EXPECTED
Selection pop-up appears in landscape mode
ACTUAL
Selection pop-up appears in portrait mode
Happy to furnish a screenshot. Meanwhile I don't know what I'm
expecting to do with the cut/paste selection tool here, maybe it
doesn't apply here?
