Title:
[sdk] Column view for Tabs element
Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit:
Triaged
Status in Ubuntu UX:
Won't Fix
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
For the sake of convergence:
There is a very common approach. You have a tabbed app (for example
friends) and want to show multiple tabs as columns at once if there is
enough space (e.g. on the desktop)
It would be very nice -- not so say awesome -- if the toolkit exposes such a
feature. Otherwise each app has to hack this functionality on its own and the
behaviours will be very inconsistent.
Also, there should be a mechanism to add a sidebar to a page stack or Tabs
element (the FileManager-app needs this for example).
