@ Anupam What I complained about at #114 happened to me only once or twice under OTA-13. I almost do not reboot my phone at all: for example my uptime at the moment is 9 days. I think the essence of this bug was fixed in OTA-13 and the whole bug can be closed and marked as fixed. If it happens that someone doesn't get a notification it seems to be a single time issue as many in Ubuntu that happen from time to time.
