Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nut

I have a Tripplite OmniSmart 1400 UPS configured with:
[tripplite1]
        driver = genericups
        upstype = 5
        port = /dev/ttyS0
        desc = "Tripplite UPS"

and my console is filled with:
Broadcast Message from [EMAIL PROTECTED]

        (somewhere) at 11:07 ...

UPS [EMAIL PROTECTED] on battery

Broadcast Message from [EMAIL PROTECTED]

        (somewhere) at 11:07 ...

UPS [EMAIL PROTECTED] on line power

and my logs filled with:
Aug 1 11:16:41 foo upsmon[11350]: UPS [EMAIL PROTECTED] on battery
Aug 1 11:16:46 foo upsmon[11350]: UPS [EMAIL PROTECTED] on line power
Aug 1 11:16:51 foo upsmon[11350]: UPS [EMAIL PROTECTED] on battery
Aug 1 11:16:56 foo upsmon[11350]: UPS [EMAIL PROTECTED] on line power

The UPS appears to function properly otherwise, but this is particularly
annoying because of constant logging to the console.
