ok, some more updates:

when i try to install the bacula package, it selects a few packages from
mysql.

I tried do de-select them, and the error above apears.
I tried to not de-select them, and the error above apears.

The only way to install bacula (or at least, to synaptic say so) is
installing bacula with mysql database...

i tried to create the "/etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf" file myself, and then 
install it, and it returned an new error:
(...)
Options marked [*] produce a lot of output - pipe it through `less' or `more' !
 * Starting Bacula Director:
04-Sep 17:32 bacula-dir: ERROR TERMINATION at parse_conf.c:483
Config error: Could not find config Resource DefaultJob referenced on line 6 :

   ...fail!
