Public bug reported:
The 13.04 to 13.10 upgrade updates apache2 to version 2.4 which no
longer reads configurations from the /etc/apache2/conf.d directory.
backuppc now needs to symlink /etc/backuppc/apache.conf to /etc/apache2
/conf-enabled/backuppc.conf instead of /etc/apache2/conf.d/backuppc.conf
as it currently does.
