The one delta now is Debian dropping python3-greenlet-dbg, but (A) we have dbgsym so don't really need it and (B) it was broken anyway, since it included the python2 symbols instead of python3, which caused a conflict. Debian says upstream doesn't even have the support needed for the package. So whatever.
