Ubuntu 14.04 cloud images introduce pollinate for seeding the pseudo
random number generator.

While the pool of servers used by pollinate are easily configurable in
/etc/default/pollinate, it would be useful if cloud-init supported a
method for passing in those servers at instance launch time.
