I currently get the following failure when upgrading from havana cloud
archive to icehouse-staging cloud archive:

ubuntu@devstack:~$ dpkg -l| grep kvm
ii  qemu-kvm                         1.7.0+dfsg-3ubuntu6~cloud0                 
QEMU Full virtualization on x86 hardware (transitional package)
ubuntu@devstack:~$ sudo apt-get install kvm
