Got it working........... Server version: Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)
WebDav syntax from previous version of apache2 works fine in the new version of apache2, But... when loading shib2.load mod it ceases to work....... Note... WebDav Syntax has completely changed in the new version of Apache/2.4.7 When implementing the correct syntax for WebDav the issue no longer exists.
