I loaded the driver manually, now I see the devices but the command
fails with "internal system error. See below

root@ubuntu:~# ls /dev/i2c-*
/dev/i2c-0  /dev/i2c-1  /dev/i2c-2
root@ubuntu:~# bmc-info --no-probing --driver-type=SSIF --driver-address=0x10 
--driver-device=/dev/i2c-2 --get-device-id
ipmi_cmd_get_device_id: internal system error
