* Override dh_auto_configure to change how ./configure is called, not
dh_auto_build.
* Run test suite with VERBOSE=1 so that we can see the log file on
failures.
* Run tests/tool_tests.sh using /bin/bash (LP: #1277715).

* Drop installation of gfs2 init script.
- debian/rules: Drop installation rules.
- debian/{gfs2-utils.maintscript,gfs2-utils.postinst}: Handle
the removal for upgrades.
* debian/patches:
- Drop 0002-Fix-Default-Start-Stop-for-dependency-based-boot.patch,
patch 0004-fix-init-scripts.patch. No longer needed.
