Please sync ipsec-tools 1:0.8.2+20140711-2 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Update aclocal.m4 and configure for ppc64el.
* Update config.{guess,sub} for AArch64.
Both should have been adressed by Debian adding dh-autoreconf.
* Fix build failure with GCC 4.8.
Fixed upstream in 0.8.2.
* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
- Depend on lsb-base.
* Make racoon depend on lsb-base too.
Both done in Debian 1:0.8.2-1
