The Havana pocket of the Cloud Archive was EOL'ed in July last year (see [0]).
As its no longer supported, there won't be any updates to the qemu package in this part of the Cloud Archive. This applies to *all* packages in the Havana pocket - users really need to be moving to 14.04 or Icehouse on 12.04.
