Thanks. You're getting AppArmor denials there for /etc/mysql/mysql.conf.d/ even though the AppArmor profile in /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld looks correct. Is there some reason this hasn't been reloaded, or do you have any local overrides present? Have you rebooted since you upgraded?
