Public bug reported:
In previous Ubuntu versions + current Ubuntu docs, boot time autostart
is accomplished by:
1) setting /etc/default/lxc LXC_AUTO="false"
2) adding lxc.start.auto = 1 to config of containers to be started at
boot time
This no longer works.
