It seems that you're using a non-standard directory (/data/mysql) to store your MySQL data. This may lead to some issue with the default mysqld apparmor profile as only /var/lib/mysql/ is supported by default. Did you update mysqld apparmor profile before the package update? -- Mathias Gug Ubuntu Developer http://www.ubuntu.com -- package mysql-server-5.1 5.1.31-1ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/382649 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to mysql-dfsg-5.1 in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
