The package python3-stevedore doesn't contain the code, list of files:

$ dpkg -L python3-stevedore

/usr
/usr/share
/usr/share/doc
/usr/share/doc/python3-stevedore
/usr/share/doc/python3-stevedore/copyright
/usr/share/doc/python3-stevedore/changelog.Debian.gz


Test case:

$ sudo apt-get install python3-stevedore
$ python3 -c 'import stevedore'
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: No module named 'stevedore'

While for python2 works fine.
