I've tested this libvirt fix on simple 1 controller and 2 compute nodes multinode devstack setup. Both compute nodes have libvirt in version 1.2.16.
After removing check which is in this patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/176768/ I still cannot successfully complete block migration of vm with attached volume.
