The attached logs show that the samba services failed to start, but not
why.
Could you please attach the following files to this bug:
/etc/samba/smb.conf
/var/log/samba/log* <-- all files that start with "log" in the /var/log/samba
directory
It's possible that a configuration option that was valid in a previous
version is now invalid,
I'll mark this bug as incomplete until you attach those files.
